eliminating the annoying problem of trying to hold open the end of a garbage bag to deposit collected litter.
The bag is firmly trapped into the rigid PVC frame with a thermoplastic rubber retainer tube that enables fast efficient bag changes in less than 30 seconds. Suitable for bags with minimum 600mm opening.
The inset hand hold of the frame provides a comfortable grip even when the garbage bag is at full capacity.
If required a second smaller bag can be fitted inside the first and stretched across the centre of the opening to enable litter segregation for re-cycling purposes.
